The HOC Site platform is committed to protecting user and visitor privacy. Personal data is processed only as described below and as required to provide the service.

1. Information collected

a) Account and registration

When you register, you provide name, email, optional phone and a password (stored hashed). This is processed for account creation, authentication and service delivery.

b) Subscription and payment

We process subscription plan, billing period, payment status and transaction references. Card data is processed by iyzico; we do not store card numbers.

c) Contact and request forms

Information you voluntarily submit via contact, reseller or custom plan forms (name, email, phone, message) is used only to respond to your request.

d) Server and security logs

Hosting and application servers may generate IP address, browser data, access times and security/error logs. These are retained for a limited time for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

e) Analytics and marketing

We do not use Google Analytics or similar tools, advertising/marketing cookies, or social media tracking pixels.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the platform, account management and support (performance of contract — KVKK Art. 5/2-c).

Payment processing via our payment provider (performance of contract, legal obligation).

Security, fraud prevention, logging and legal compliance (legitimate interest / legal obligation).

Responding to form requests (explicit consent where required).

3. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required to operate the platform. No analytics or third-party marketing cookies.

· admin_preferred_locale / superadmin_preferred_locale / preferred_locale — language preference — 1 year — no personal data

Clicking “OK” on the cookie notice confirms you have read this information and accept functional cookies. All cookies we use are strictly necessary or functional; no separate analytics cookie bundle is offered.

4. Storage and security

Account data is kept while your account is active and thereafter as required by tax and commercial law.

Form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Data is transmitted over encrypted TLS (HTTPS) connections.

5. Sharing with third parties

Payment processing: iyzico (PayU Group) for secure card payments.

Infrastructure: hosting, database and email providers required to operate the service.

We do not sell or rent personal data for advertising or marketing.

No social media tracking pixels or analytics providers (Google Analytics, etc.) on the platform.

iyzico’s own privacy terms may apply when you are redirected to payment.

6. Cross-border transfers

Infrastructure and payment providers may process data on servers in Türkiye or abroad to deliver the service.

Cross-border transfers rely on contractual safeguards and KVKK Art. 9 obligations where applicable.

No analytics-related cross-border transfers (e.g. Google Analytics) are made.

7. Your rights and contact (KVKK Art. 11)

You may request information, correction, deletion, objection and data portability where applicable.

8. Policy updates

This policy may be updated for legal or technical reasons.
