Distance selling agreement

2. Essential characteristics of the service (Art. 5/1-a)

Subscription to the HOC Site online website builder and hosting platform (SaaS), including plan limits (pages, storage, users, domains), visual editor, theme support, and HTTPS hosting access.

Billing is monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are charged for eleven months (one month free). If payment is not made at period end, a grace period may apply under our terms, then public access may be suspended.

Requires a current web browser and internet connection. No DRM or technical protection measures apply.

No deposit or financial guarantee is required.

3. Price, taxes and extra charges (Art. 5/1-d, 5/4, Art. 19)

Total price is shown at checkout in the selected currency (TRY, EUR or USD), including taxes. For fixed-term subscriptions, the amount shown is the total for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly).

After your first paid subscription period, checkout currency is locked to the currency of your latest paid payment until the subscription ends.

Mid-period upgrades to a higher catalog plan charge a prorated amount: unused time on your current plan is credited, and the new plan is charged for the remaining period only; your period end date stays unchanged.

No shipping, physical delivery or similar extra charges apply.

No additional remote communication tool charges beyond normal tariffs.

No extra charges beyond the agreed price without your explicit consent before contract formation.

4. Payment methods (Art. 6/2-b)

Payment is collected via iyzico secure payment infrastructure by credit/debit card. Accepted card types are shown on the payment screen.

5. Delivery and performance (Art. 5/1-f, Art. 16)

Digital service only; no physical shipment.

Subscription and website access are activated immediately after payment confirmation.

6. Right of withdrawal (Art. 5/1-g, Art. 9–11)

Consumers may withdraw within fourteen (14) days from contract date without giving reasons and without penalty.

To withdraw, send written notice or durable medium (email) to the seller before the period expires.

Include your name, email, order/subscription date, service description and amount.

Sample: “I hereby withdraw from my subscription dated … under the Distance Selling Agreement.”

We send confirmation without undue delay after receiving your notice.

Refunds are made within fourteen days, via the same payment method where possible, without extra cost to you.

7. Withdrawal exceptions (Art. 5/1-h, Art. 15/1-ğ, h)

For electronically performed services delivered immediately (Art. 15/1-ğ), withdrawal may not apply under statutory exceptions.

If you consent to immediate performance before the withdrawal period ends (Art. 15/1-h), you may lose withdrawal rights for the portion already performed.

The checkout checkbox records your request for immediate activation and acknowledgment of possible withdrawal limits.

8. Complaints and disputes (Art. 5/1-f, k)

Consumer Arbitration Committees are available within monetary limits.

Under Law 6502 Art. 73/A, mediation is required before consumer court action; consumer courts remain available within limits.

10. Commercial subscription changes

Within 7 calendar days of a billing period start, you may cancel via the admin panel for a full refund of the latest paid amount, or downgrade to a lower catalog plan for a refund of the price difference (paid amount minus the new plan full-period price).

After 7 days, mid-period downgrades and cancellations are not available through self-service until the current period ends; upgrades to higher plans remain available with proration as described above.

Refunds are processed via iyzico where possible; otherwise they may require manual settlement and appear as pending in payment records.

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right (cayma) remains separate from this 7-day commercial policy.

11. Contract formation

This information forms an integral part of the distance contract. Checkout requires confirmation that you received pre-contract information and understand the payment obligation.
